The privacy policy outlined below is only applicable to the present Web Site, understood as all the pages and sub-pages included in the domain www.bilaketa.es. Bilaketa accepts no responsibility for the privacy and personal data protection policies of the Web Sites which can be accessed via the links on this Web Site and which are not directly managed by our Webmaster. Bilaketa wishes to inform the users of this Web site that the present declaration reflects the data protection policy applied by Bilaketa. This policy strictly respects current regulations concerning personal data protection, i.e., among others, Organic Law 15/1999, of the 13th of December, on the Protection of Personal Data (hereafter LOPD) and Royal Decree 994/1999, of the 11th of June, passing the Regulations on security measures for automated files containing personal data (hereafter Regulation 994/1999).

2.Collection of personal data

Bilaketa does not collect personal data pertaining to the users of this Web Site through procedures which do not respect the wishes of users, it being perfectly possible to browse through the Web site anonymously if Users so desire.

Bilaketa only collects personal data from those users who voluntarily wish to provide them via the Web Site through the mechanisms established for this purpose (registration questionnaires, communication with Bilaketa by e-mail, etc.). Only in these cases, when the User so desires and always voluntarily, may the User communicate his/her personal data to Bilaketa. These data, supplied voluntarily by the user, may be included in an automated file registered in the name of Bilaketa. Consequently, those Users who provide Bilaketa with their personal data expressly accept the processing of the same in order that Bilaketa may supply him/her with the services which it offers. Bilaketa  may use cookies when a User browses through the Web site. The cookies which may be used are small files saved to the hard disks of the users of the Web site which recognise the browser of a specific computer; they do not in themselves disclose personal data pertaining to the User of the terminal.  These cookies are used by Bilaketa in order to recognise the browsers of registered Users after they have registered for the first time so that they do not have to register each time they visit the Web site in order to access the areas and Services reserved for their exclusive use. Likewise, they are used to provide the User with the  possibility  of personalising the Web site in line with his/her tastes and needs so that he/she does not have to personalise it each time he/she visits the site. The User may configure his/her browser in such a way that he/she is warned on the screen of the reception of cookies and may disable installation on his/her hard disk. Rejecting the installation of cookies on the User’s terminal does not impede access to the Web site, but it does mean that the User will receive a sub-standard, incomplete service. In this event, the User may need to register each time he/she accesses a service which requires prior registration.

3. Security measures

The personal data collected by Bilaketa may be stored in data bases belonging exclusively to Bilaketa, Bilaketa taking all the measures of a technical, organisational and security nature in order to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity and quality of the information contained in the same in accordance with the provisions of the LOPD and Regulation 994/1999.

Third parties may have access to the automated files containing personal data belonging to Bilaketa within the context of the provision of hosting and Web site maintenance services. Such access shall take place in accordance with the provisions of article 12 of the LOPD on the access to data by third parties.
